Partner Yoga with kids
You will receive quick guided partner yoga poses with your kids , which you can learn some posture alignment and connect with your kids on the same time. Moving your body with ease is a great way of self - care, to connect with your body and your child.
You will receive tips and artwork as well to express all the feelings and emotions of you and your children, to able to create mindful moments through art. It also helps to release all the negatives thoughts in mind to create space for the happy, joyful and positive thoughts
