Today I will show you 5 easy and simple way to create a mindful artwork with your kids from tools, which you always have at home
1. Pranayama Painting
Supplies:
Food coloring
A straw for each child
Paper - finger paint or watercolor paper for best results
Directions:
Drop a few colors of liquid food coloring on a piece of paper.
Inhale through your nose. Then use the straw to blow the colors to make different designs.
Experiment with what happens when you use long/slow breaths and quick/hard breaths. Does it change the design? Does it change how you feel?

2. Milk with color and dish wash
Supplies:
Food coloring
Cotton buds
Dish wash
Milk
Directions:
Find 1 flat tray to pour the milk in
Then drop few drops of different food colors on the milk tray
Dip cotton buds into dish wash and then dip this cotton buds into the colors drop
Use this mantra during the artwork with your kids : ''I am thinking out of the box''

3. Running water
Supplies:
Food coloring
5 different jars
Kitchen paper
Directions:
Fill up 3 jars ( on 1st, 3rd and 5th position) with water
Then drop few drops of different food colors on these 3 jars ( Recommend : yellow, green and blue)
Use kitchen paper to be a bridge connecting those jars
Observe the process over a 3-hour period and see what happens to the empty jars

Sugar cubes and water and color
Supplies:
Food coloring
Sugar cubes
Water in Plate
Directions:
Find 1 plate to put water in
Then drop few drops of different food colors on the sugar cubes
Put it into the water and see the magic happens

Plant Experiments
This is a simple demonstration of how water moves through plant roots. To do this you can use celery, white rose, white carnations or daises.
Fill four cups with water
Place about seven drops of food dye in three of the four cups.
Place one flower in each of the cups.
Observe the process over a 72-hour period and see what happens to the color of the flowers.
