Day 1

mindful meditation

You will receive 15 minutes guided meditation through email and FB group at 20:00 CET . Disconnect with the world to re-connect with the whole of your soul through mindful meditation, which you can practise anywhere.

Day 2

YOGA

You will receive recorded 25 Minutes  Yoga session through email and  FB group, moving your body with ease to connect and feel how your body is really enough. 

Day 3

journal tip

You will receive tips and workbook through email to start your own journal to express all the feelings of being not enough. Release all the negatives thoughts in your mind to create space for the happy and joyful and positive thoughts.

Day 4

MINDSET COACH

You will receive some tool and technique through email to help you re-pattern the way you think  and treasure the whole of yourself, no matter what?

Day 5

TRANSFORMATION

On 31th, July - the last day, we will do live 45 Minutes Q&A session on Zoom with each other to feel the joy, peace and love and acknowledge how abundant our life is.

Above the Clouds

Hi , I am Thao Tran , the mother of a one year old boy and I am so grateful that he came into my life, keeping me inspired and bringing  joy to me everyday.

 

It is time for me to realize how much time I should spend for my boy, but still be able to keep up my spiritual and yoga journey, and sometimes I feel I don't have enough time, energy...

That is when Yoga and mindful meditation come into my life as part to heal and transform me.

 

It gives me courage and inner strength  to step out of my comfort zone and commit myself with virtual online teaching through my new Youtube channel.

 

These practices gives me calm and resilience whenever my son makes me angry.

 

And most important thing that it gives me true happiness, freedom and joy with my family,along with sharing the magic of yogi world with others.
